All of our products are personalized per the request of our customers. We do not accept returns for personalized items, but we will do our best to fix any issues that you have with your products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Due to our products being customized, we do not offer exchanges. If you have an issue with your purchase, please reach out to us so that we can do our best to correct any issues.
